Last Friday I managed to visit the Winter Wonderland. Finally! It was the fourth time that I had the opportunity to go there and I admire this place so much. I went there with Maciek, Patrycja and Luke, who come to London from Birmingham. Although I was feeling the festive atmosphere for a long time, visiting this place, made me feel it even more. You can see there lots of Christmas trees, lights. Christmas decorations, hear Christmas carols which makes it really hard for me to leave that place!
You can also try a lot of delicious food, drink hot wine, hot chocolate, see the campfire, listen to live music and just simply enjoy the moment. You can also take part in various games and competitions and win a prize. I'm hunting for a big teddy with Maciek for several years, but unfortunately, we still didn't win it, but we will try next year! One of the biggest attractions is also a big ice rink, which is located in the heart of this Christmas land. Typically, it is filled with lots of people and visit there ends up standing in a long queue, so it is better to make a booking before. Last year, as a big fan of ice rinks, I wasn't scared of the few meters queue and I bravely stood there, waiting for my turn, haha! This year, unfortunately time did not allow us to skate, but if not there, I will try somewhere else for sure, becasue I can't imagine avoiding this during the holiday season! Another attraction is also the mini fun fair. Every year we are trying to try something different. One year ago, we went into a haunted house (which was not that scary!). This year we decided to go on the highest and (I think) the fastest ride. I was so excited! It was really worth to go there. I am proud of myself that I didn't run away! It happened before, many times, haha! In conclusion - I consider this trip to Winterwonderland to be very successful and I am looking forward to go there next time! I also recommend you to visit this place and I invite you to look at some of the pictures I took last week!
